Beau has hit 2 milestones in the past 48 hours:

1)  He ate a piece of turkey and didn't gag

2)  He can pull himself up in his crib--- not good.

Since this standing in the crib thing is new, falling on his head is new.  I'm, at this moment, covering pipe insulation with fabric to put over the 34 spindles on Beau's crib.  I know he is going to fall on his head many times in the future however, I want his place to sleep to be padded and soft.

I went running today-- its 82 and sunny.  Holy shit I'm outta shape.  With Beau in the jogging stroller, not even Bob Seger could keep me moving after 25 minutes.  I was sucking big time wind.  Oh well.  I'm going to stick with it and by next week, I'll be way better.
