If I read one more article about women losing all their baby weight in less than 30 days, I'm going to explode.   OK.... I'm going to get real here.  It's been tough for me adjusting to motherhood and accepting that I don't have a job to go back to.  My self esteem has greatly suffered from the physical changes my body has gone through the past 12 months (10 being pregnant and 2 post-pregnancy).  In short, I feel pretty shitty.

My saving grace has been family and friends.  My parents and sister have been to our house for a visit many times, which is awesome.  So, to review:

1.)  I'm fed up with new moms singing the joys of quick weight loss.  I call bullshit.

2.)  Heidi Klum walking the VS Fashion Show 6 weeks post birth is as real as Tom Cruise being straight.

3.)  I will invent a line of nursing bras and nursing sports bras some day.  Cute ones.  That are supportive.

4.)  Interrupted sleep is exhausting.

5.)  Netflix is awesome.

On another note, I'd like to revisit the term forgiveness.  This may be the toughest life lesson.  I'm not saying FORGET.... just forgive.  I'm struggling with this lesson--  Any helpful hints is greatly appreciated.

While on their last visit, the fam and I hit up the Morton Arboretum.  Below is a Greta montage:
